Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees for the New Liberty Charter School will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. at the Salem Community Charter School, 2 East India Square, Suite 200, Salem, Massachusetts

- Call to Order
- Approval of Minutes ñ May 14, 2015
- ANNUAL MEETING - Election of new officers and formation of FY16 Committees~
- Executive Committee (chair, vice chair, treasurer, clerk)~(VOTE)
- Annual Report Team ñ Establish a team to work on revise the Annual Report (VOTE)
- Innovation Plan Team ñ Establish a team to participate in that process and meet with the Superintendent in July or August to begin the conversation (VOTE)
- 501c3 Team Formation ñ Establish a 501c3 board and determine next steps (VOTE)
- Principal Evaluation (Next steps for FY15 and plan for FY16)
- Principal Compensation (VOTE)
FY16 Budget Review and Staffing Plan (VOTE)
